I order a pizza collected it but the box was open at one end not fastened just got out of the shop and it shot out of the non fastened end I went back in they were very rude blaming me the lady was very arrogant and bad mannered the manager was a little better in the end I held my ground and he made me another one smaller then I ordered
No customer service rude bad manners they all need training and explaining how to look after customers I am a retail manager of 40 years and no way have we treated customers like that
Shocking and totally unacceptable I am contacting there head office to make a formal complaint

Collected a pizza and the dough was raw still, so called up and got a replacement sent out and it wasn?t much better, plus looks like they just threw the toppings on. Having worked for the company before I can honestly say the standards are far below what they?re expected to be!

Rang to ask them to make a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza... was told that they 'aren't able'.
What? Just put some toppings on half, not the other half. Is it that hard?

I had a problem with my payment and was owed a refund. The after sales customer service was outstanding. Usually when trying to get money back from anyone it's a huge struggle. In this case it was quick and easy absolutely no fuss. Thank you for the excellent service.

Used to be great. But service is rubbish. App says delivered before I even receive my food. Waited over 1 hour. Absolute joke.

i ordered pizza to be ready for 12 15 on a lunch break so only had 30 minutes and got there and it wasnt ready till 12 25! i had to stand and wait for 10 minutes!!! not acceptable for lunch
