I had to get a Yellow Fever vaccination for my upcoming trip to South America, and I was let down last minute by another pharmacy who I had booked the vaccination with.
Time was running out for being able to get my vaccination certificate before travelling. Very few pharmacies offer Yellow Fever vaccinations, thankfully I was referred to Wilberforce Pharmacy, who were incredibly accommodating, flexible and friendly and offered me an appointment the same day. Can highly recommend them for vaccination services

Every time prescription medicine is meant to come by delivery, it doesn't, and we always have someone at home ready to receive a delivery... They just chuck it in the drawer and wait (happened last time I went into the pharmacy). Little can be achieved through talking on the phone and when picking the medications up myself I'm being told \\\"they're out for delivery\\\" without anyone checking

Excellent fast service everytime!Staff are always friendly and efficient.Having worked in pharmacy for years I understand how long the process for prescriptions take and it amazes me how fast they get them done. One time I went straight after doctors appointment and my prescription was ready by the time I got there (about 20 minutes)

I have used this chemist for some time now and can only compliment the staff and service that I receive, complaints only arise from one's behaviour and attitude.

Went to get my ears syringe, yesterday it said on window from 10 pounds had it done and she said that it is 50 pounds ,she didn't tell me before I had them done how much it would be, think this is wrong practice Be careful if you go

Just rang and spoke to a very rude ignorant man on the telephone trying to book re delivery of a prescription being told I wasn?t home when it was firstly delivered when there was no first attempt! Avoid like the plague this man seriously needs to go on a customer service course!

The worst experience I have had in a pharmacy! Ignorant staff who didn?t even acknowledge waiting customers, no proper advice given. Then on asking for a product on the minor ailments service I was told it would take half an hour to register and give the product!Working in pharmacy myself I know this is clearly untrue, just lazy or incompetent staff! Will never use again!

Absolutely disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs!! Paid £199 for a covid pcr test. Same day results promised, no results received. I will now miss my flight. Beginning to think their covid tests are a SCAM.A little about the service received: Arrived at the pharmacy at 9:30am for my covid test appointment having travelled 40 minutes. Huge queue of addicts waiting for their Methadone. Told by the one pharmacist on duty to wait. Waited patiently. At least 8 people in the small pharmacy shop without masks on which is currently illegal. Having waited patiently for half an hour, I ask again for the test. Finally the pharmacist calls me into the small room and hands me forms to fill in. Room completely unsanitary with methadone (green liquid) on the table. I have to take covid test alone, unsupervised as the pharmacist serves further customers. I was promised results by 6pm (end of the day). No results came. Can?t get hold of the pharmacy and they are closed tomorrow. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

They booked my appointment for a PCR test (taking in mind that I have my flight tomorrow), the confirmed my appointment, they even called us and when I arrive at their pharmacy, they?re closed!! Too disrespectful, if you know you have the pharmacy closed why would you make an appointment???
