As a disabled person I write reviews for disabled people so they know what a store is like. Congratulations spotless. To start with it was 13:34:27 Monday 06 January 2025 . First I inspected the disabled toilet and it was immaculate plenty of toilet paper floor clean . The gents was also just as immaculate. You serve food in a cafeteria. I stopped to inspect it immaculate . tables clean ,floor clean ,staff throughout the store were very friendly and helpful. Good access through the store , wide aisles. Plenty of disabled parking out front. Busy car park. One cash machine outside undercover and a defibrillator located on the wall close by. What a pleasure to shop in a busy supermarket at peak time and find it immaculate in all areas . Great management.
Morrisons management team need to pay a visit to these toilets as ongoing training is required for Morrisons, cleaning and maintenance services and toilet hygiene especially where food is being served.
No environmental health concerns here . Environmental health officer did have to act after I informed them of my bacteria concerns in the toilets at Morrisons Anlaby hull

It?s always nice here. The staff are very kind and seem much better trained than those at other stores nearby?which I won?t name?but they aren?t too far from Waitrose.

They do a really nice selection of authentic dry age steaks. Just like you would find at a quality butchers.

Free coffee (latte, americano, cappuccino) with loyalty card. Nice coffee too!

Went in this morning 1st thing after having my dog put to sleep. Was on the self service and burst into tears. The staff member was so so kind to me. I felt so daft and she was really kind. I didn't get her name but had fair hair and I think it was about 9.15am. Thank you so much , it meant a lot. Merry Christmas to you all xxx

Was stalked around the store by the security guard, as to why I do not know, when I asked he said he wasn't then proceeded to stalk me around the store. If it had not been through necessity, I would have left my trolley where it was and left the store
