Visited this store twice to organise a new phone and contract for my mother who had previously been with Onecom. The staff (Jack and Shane) were very helpful, friendly and took their time to help and explain everything to us. Wonderful customer service!!

Went to the Vodafone shop in st Stephens shopping centre hull to get help to activate and set up my new contract phone from Vodafone spoke to staff member JOSH who sat there and said point blank that he would offer no help unless I paid £25 even though my new contract states I was entitled to sum help to activate my account he had a horrible ignorant personality and by the time I was finished his attitude stank people like him shouldn't be allowed to be working in customer service all I wanted to do was punch him in the face in the end his attitude was that bad

I over paid for 1 year and then they told me is rolling contract in the store they didn't told me that I would give negative starts for this calling to customer service they send me back to store and they at store telling me that I need to call them it's just so annoying

My experience with Vodafone has been nothing but good. Since I started using Vodafone about 4 years ago, I can't complain. The very me reward is one of the best ways they are given back to their loyal customers

Seemed to be lagging behind other retailers with no iPhone 15 handsets on display. I don't care much for Apple products but it was a noteworthy omission compared to EE nearby
