He was very nervous and had been misled in a couple of other shops by staff trying to sell him totally unsuitable smart phones. All he wanted was a dumb phone and found it confusing and stressful trying to find someone who could advise him in a way he'd understand. “Have bought PS4 games several times over the last couple of years, after buying a second hand PS4 from VGEX in Hull which is sadly now closed. This CEX store is smaller and has less of a range than some like the Hull City Centre one, but seems okay to me, never had any problems with items I have bought.”
