Just booked a holiday with Jessica. She was so friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent. She arranged special assistance for my two children and even sent out some stickers, crayons and an E Ticket for them. A really nice special touch. They were delighted. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Jesscia again.

My partner and I went in to compare prices to our own Disney research. Katie was incredibly helpful and efficient, taking the time to find out information needed and answering all of our questions. We did not feel pressured to book with her and we went away to give ourselves time to research. We went back the next day with additional questions which she answered and we ultimately booked with TUI. We felt very comfortable and happy with our experience in store and would highly recommend Katie.

I walked in looking for a solo last minute holiday, I was a bit nervous as I've never booked on my own. I was seen to by Katie who was amazing! She found me a great deal and provided lots of reassurance about my holiday. Can't fault the service at all :)

Hayley was so helpful on the phone. We called regarding a price query on some attraction tickets and she got to the bottom of it instantly and even helped is book out holiday over the phone saving us a few pounds. Happy customers!

Saved by Laura.....We recently had a wedding booked through TUI in Mexico and had booked a resort that had made a few promises that they couldn't deliver and knew a long time before our booking that it wasn't to go as planned and offered no prior notice.... As you can imagine this caused a lot of distress on our behalf!During the holiday Laura picked up our concerns and insured that the rest of our holiday was in capable hands and that for once we felt important!I am really happy that she picked up our concerns as after feeling neglected on a momentous occasion we had a strong end to a long holiday!Faith was certainly restored and we look forward to our next adventure!
