I used to like to go into this branch a long long time ago. When separated from Lloyds I was happy to be with TSB but I have to switch banks now as I have very bad recent experiences. My credit limit totals in 21 houndered with other lenders and have not missed a single payment in 4 years, always paying in full. But TSB is not giving me an overdraft. And the attitude they have is awful. The blond lady standing who supposed to ask if she can help was just searing us the other day for a long long time and didn't come to us. Even when she did she was completely useless and flegmatic. She should not hold a customer facing role at all. Unkind, sour, horrible woman. Good bye TSB after so may years.

Poor customer service,deposit cash machines very often not working ,just one branch in hull ...previously belong to Lloyds but transfer to tsb without any choice given ...

Poor Customer service. Walked in asked if I could order a new card as mine wasn't working properly. They asked if I banked at tsb automatically insulting my intelligence, why would I walk into a bank that wasn't mine and try to order a new card. They then wouldn't let be bank at the counter even though other people was. I had to pay it in at the machine I even explained I needed a reference on my payment. Poor staff to add to an already terrible bank.

People here are really nice when it was raining there were a rack of umbrellas for I imagine only card holders to use but I was with my friends surprisingly they let us wait until the rain cleared (30 mins) this happened a few months ago though. Also Leslie if Iâ??ve spelt her name right is a really nice person if you can get her to register your bank account, ask for her.

Was waiting outside at 1420 to be let in by a member of staff. thought there might of been some sought of security scare. but eventually i was let in and with no explanation. staff was reluctant to help but finally got the help i needed after seeing i was struggling to use the machines. would not recommend TSB to anyone.

1 start because I can't give 0. Worst customer service ever. We had so much problems with TSB when my dad got sick. Problems with everything and no explanations when I was asking WHY, they say we can't give you this information lol. They just ignoring customers without explanations. Same with my neighbours when they was trying to take personal loan (12 years with TSB) offered 1/4 of sum they needed or appointment in next month. Switched to another bank and no problems at all for me and for my neighbours (few days for appointment and loan).Very disappointing.
