Just had a delivery of 4 bulk bags of gravel delivered and am well pleased with the service and brilliant price from Travis Perkins, very quick service as I only rang late yesterday afternoon and delivered by 10 this morning, Steve who answered the phone was polite and very helpful, Michael the delivery driver was brilliant and put the stones where I needed them to be, nothing too much trouble for this company, 10 out of 10 and I definitely recommend, great services

I can highly recommend this company,excellent customer service. Ordered 2 x large bags of gravel,I was kept informed of delivery schedule. Dean the delivery driver was able to crane lift both bags over into my garden,much to my relief! Also when I initially rang to check if order could be delivered into my garden,the assistant was really helpful and checked on Google maps.Would definitely use this company again.

Rudest person I have ever spoke to over the phone. Booked my delivery for the wrong day even though we had conversation about it in detail, then rebooked it and scheduled a delivery for the wrong items.... Worst customer experience ive ever had and i am reasonable person who doesn't complain normally. Avoid or hire some people who are fit for customer service...
