“Popped in to 'order' our dollars but we were pleasantly surprised to hear we could have them there and then, we also needed a travel card set up. Dianne dealt with our transactions (remembered her from previous visits) as ever she was polite, friendly and professional during our visit. She carefully explained the exchange rates, how to set up the card via the app and methodically counted out the dollars in front of us (we asked for small denominations) she even joined in with our light-hearted banter and she seemed genuinely interested in us as a family and asked about our holiday and we felt "valued " as a customer rather than just a number. She made it a 'fun' experience rather than just a transaction. I'm also compelled to mention ALL staff are super friendly in there and can't do enough for you, we've never had a bad experience in the 20 years we've being using KE street.
