Go in this store a few times a week. A bit short staffed but all the staff are still friendly, helpful and efficient. A great experience compared to other trade counters and this week a free bag of sweets as well. Excellent!

It?s always a pleasant visit at the Stoneferry branch, staff are always very helpful and polite. I recently purchased a Karcher jet wash and dealt with Claire who answered all my questions. I then came back for a new hose as my old one was too short! I had the pleasure of being served by Claire again. She couldn?t have been more helpful.
Will definitely return again. Great prices too!

Great service. Went in for a strip light bulb, but didn't realise how many fitments there were and how I'd fit it. The two chaps in there went above and beyond to help me out and helped me fit it and test it. Happy days! really helpful cheers
