Called in and talked to Steve about choosing LVT, took some samples, called back and placed the order with Sarah, phone call the following day from Sarah to say it had arrived and was in her car for delivery. Customer service doesn't get any better than this, which is why all our carpets, laminates and LVT have come from Floor Show.

Amazing service from start to finish. Came to the store wanting a green carpet. Sarah spent nearly an hour with me trying to find one that would match my paint. Wanted the carpet binding for the stairs which was also no problem at all.Fitting was completed on time.Would 100% recommend to everyone!!

Had laminate fitted in spare bedroom. Friendly advice and help choosing which one would suit better. Very good price and Friendly and professional fitting. Will definitely be using the floor show again

Great staff, really poor fitter. The staff and owner were very fair, I can't fault them however the fitter laid the vinyl floor wonky. The owner agreed to replace the vinyl floor and refunded me the cost of fitting which paid for another fitter to come out who did a really good job. If you buy anything with a pattern on then get someone else to fit the floor.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! we paid such a high amount for a well advertised ?luxury? carpet and within the first month, the carpet had matted and it looks like we have had it for over a decade. the customer service was appalling and we are very displeased with how the shop handled our problem. we complained to the shop owner for him only offer us a full carpet steam wash however we refused as we had spent a lot of money on the carpet (£3300 for the full house) + fitting. he then filled out a complaint form to the manufacturer for them to send an inspector, this resulted into them also refusing to refit the carpet as they claimed they can not do anything. now we are complaining to trading standards due to the quality as we was treated very poorly and the owner made us feel very ripped off! I have attached photos of the carpet, the outer edges are what the carpet should be, and the inner portion that is light gray is what is has turned into, it is very hard and very noticeable which is not ?luxury? in slightest - like a cheap fleece jacket after a wash!
