Not been for years but decided to pop in. One of the best pizzas ive had as love a thin base. One of us had Garlic Tomato bread and the other pepperoni. Delicious. Fast and friendly service ??

Been going many years and still the best restaurant in my opinion. Never a bad meal. Garlic bread with cheese half and half with tomato and pesto was so nice and tasty, could be a meal in itself. Luckly I shared with my daughter. For mains we had the sirloin stroganoff which was banging. My wife and daughter both had the the Italian chicken, my wife chose to half it with salad which looked both fresh and appetising. My daughter had it with the pasta in napoli sauce which she fully enjoyed. Service as usual was top notch, very attentive and owners are lovely and friendly. 5 stars all the way.

Very Ordinary.
we had a tasteless caprese salad and a strange soggy garlic bread for starters. the g/b was swimming in melted butter that dripped onto the table and the salad was drizzled with mint sauce and something beige that was prob watered down balsamic glaze.
we then ordered rigatoni which had been so over cooked it had all split open and was on the verge of mush..pretty poor.
That's Amore seems to be a place that people who don't like italian food come to eat italian food.
the wine was very nice though.
For great italian food in Hull visit Mancia or Da Gianni,they're far far better.

Delicious food great atmosphere, we were a party of 18 celebrating my daughter?s 60th Birthday. We particularly loved the mellow background music played which did not stop us from chatting- very relaxing.
We were looked after very well, everyone enjoyed it and I shall definitely be returning.

popped for lunch, wanted to share as one of us doesn't eat much and other one dieting. And it wasn't an issue, gave us separate plates. Lovely owner and staff. Atmosphere was lovely.

A great little restaurant with a lovely Italian feel. It's very local to me and so I have been many times. I have never had a bad meal or suffered poor service - ever. I would definitely recommend booking in advance, as it is very popular. The owners are lovely people and all staff are attentive and polite. A little gem!

Kid-friendliness: No specific children's menu as children can have smaller portion of anything on the menu.

Have visited this restaurant several times and always have an outstanding experience. Caters for gluten free and dairy free dietary requirements and tastes absolutely delicious. The staff are always welcoming with excellent service. There is a also an extensive choice of drinks available. Will definitely be visiting again.Dietary restrictions: A menu available for gluten free options and can adapt dishes for dairy free requirements too.

Mediocre at best. Starters are overpriced for the quality and quantity and cost almost as main meals. No salad on the menu as well?! I had the prosciutto pizza which the topping looked and tasted more like ham than prosciutto, whilst the dough tasted bland. Wife got the mushroom risotto which to be fair was delicious. Atmosphere was OK, but quite loud. There was a party the day we booked, so can't blame the restaurant for that, but the could have notify us that there was an event happening as the atmosphere wasn't ideal for couples that night. Waiters we polite, friendly and well mannered. However, we were asked 4 times by 4 different waiters if we liked the food! Once is fine to be asked and from the waiter that serves you, but 4 times is started getting annoying... Lastly, their carbonara dish is made with bacon and cream... That's how college students make it, not Italians. The restaurant seriously lacks Italian authenticity.
