The outside area of this shop is a disgrace the amount of litter, the manager needs to address the problem which affects the area around litter blowing into gardens on Hotham Rd.

Would have put 0 stars if I could. Member of staff parked in exit on phone shouting at people she works there and won't move. Informed manager who obviously couldn't care less and said she was on phone. Disgusting

Would do 0 but can't, asked a member of staff 'why is there no bakery produce this morning?'
Her response to me and my 2 young children was 'oh there isn't anyone to do it today so we haven't bothered'

Bog standard out of the box Tesco Express.
Pleasent enough store for essentials. There are often offers worth considering.
Staff very pleasant avoid lunch time when schools are open as it is chaos and unpleasant
But would not avoid the place generally.

I've personally had some horrible encounters in this store, very unhelpful staff rude told I was band yet I'm not horrible comments from nowhere and that thing staff do that secret language only they know. Life is an illusions, friends are enemies in waiting trust nobody.

Good luck to anyone wanting to nip in and get out in a relatively short amount of time!Ridiculous layout when trying to pay. Putting self service next to the normal checkouts just means everyone is queuing together with barely anyone able to use the ?faster? self checkouts.Staff restocking 2 to 3 aisles in the middle of the day on a Saturday means you cannot see half the shop anyways.Better off going to Morrisons up the road on Fairfax avenue. Only downside is they don?t have parking.

Perfect pit stop when I've dropped the kids off at college and need to buy milk or singing along those lines. They have self-service checkouts as well as traditional tills (thankfully!), and the disabled parking is a stones throw from the entrance. Good for reductions at the end of the day as well, and there is a cash machine on the building as well. I wouldn't do a big shop here though, unless I was limited and had to. It's just that bit pricier than the bigger stores.
