I was buying food at the self checkout and I didn?t realise I needed to place my food on the top shelf oppose to the bottom shelf after I had scanned it. When the female Tesco employee behind the counter realised what had happen, she yelled at me quite aggressively two times that it wasn?t working because I had put the food on the wrong shelf. There was absolutely no reason to yell at a customer over this, it was beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. I placed my food on the top shelf but I needed assistance from a colleague to sort out the screen so I could pay, and she didn?t even bother to do that so I had to move to a different self checkout to do it there.
It was so unprofessional and CHILDISH of her to act this way over something so minor. The female Tesco employee went out her way to cause a problem out of nothing.

Have been coming here for the past year never had any issues. One of the female staff members was hovering over after she unlocked one of the locked items at the self check out counter.
Like if you're going to hover over(not trusting people would pay) then might as well ask people politely to simply take it to the cash counter instead so people don't feel like they are being needlessly watched.

My daughter and her friend entered this shop one of who was 18 and my daughter who was 17. A person outside guilt tripped them into buying her a lighter and a member staff refused service because one of the girls was underage. They then told the staff member the situation and were laughed at by a staff member and a man working security. After talking to the person outside the girls left from which they're were shouted at then chased down the road by a man. The staff were very rude and unhelpful.

Service is disgusting ,went there for pastries, there was no packets to put them in ,asked a staff member for some, he could not find any either ,what a useless bunch !

The staff here are both rude and abrupt ( male staff), Ive personally witnessed staff interacting with customers in an appalling manner , not sure if they are used to the wrong sort of people in this store but to treat people the way they do jeeeeeez , TESCO SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! Never again!!!

Really bad inept staff with a bad attitude. Took 10 minutes to sort out a basic issue of incorrect pricing. Felt sorry for Alicia as she asked for help from Sarah. Sarah was useless with very poor customer service skills.

I do not believe that my request were unreasonable I have medical needs and I am disabled I have been walking around for 2 hours looking for the pharmacy, for my medication I am insulin dependent ask for a map written down on a piece of paper with a pin. Apparently there is no paper in the store and apparently there is no pins to write down information for someone that's a disabled with a brain injury. I explained that I was disabled and I needed help ? I do believe that I was speaking top of management security and two workers at the register requesting for assistance to find my pharmacy for my medical needs. I like to explain people do not prosper without kindness if you are not nice then how will someone exceed. I explained to the young man in front of his coworkers that " You are the epiphany of the problem with humanity..." And then everyone laughed at me. Where there is a blame there's a claim anyone know a lawyer because I want one for the circumstance. Equality act 2010... I am not joking I want to lawyer.

Absolutely disgusting meant to open at 6am was their from 6.20 to 6.45 they have staff pottering about in side tried getting their attention ignored then finally got in they said it was cause of a delivery not sure why 4 members of staff and a security guard can't have the common decency to tell how long before the shops open or atleast put a sign up with amended opening times

Opening times needs looking at say 6am but they pick there own times too Open some time 6.15 / 6.20 and gone 6:30 this place lost customer's as they walk away
