My family was subjected to an experience that was both profoundly degrading and deeply distressing.
My family, which included both a young child and vulnerable members, was met with hostile and accusatory treatment over what was a genuine mistake. Responding to my young nephew?s insistence, my father placed a Spider-Man costume on him over his clothes and brought him to other family members, wishing to check the fit and seek their opinion. In the process, the price/item tag was inadvertently discarded - an honest mistake (i.e. no intent of wrongdoing). Instead of exercising even the most basic courtesy or discretion, the security guard rudely (if not aggressively) confronted my father and insinuated a potential attempt at theft. A second staff member then joined in, equally or more confrontational and discourteous, and together they demanded immediate payment and asked my Family to leave the premises.
Such conduct is unacceptable. This ordeal left my Family humiliated, unsettled, and deeply distressed. To make matters worse, there remains the troubling possibility that our ethnic background may have influenced the manner in which staff chose to address us.
For a retailer of Tesco?s stature, such behaviour exposes not merely a failure of professionalism, but a profound disregard for the basic dignity owed to every customer.

came here earlier today with my younger sister to buy one of my friends a birthday present. I found a lovely gift set of tequila rose which I decided to buy for her. When I went to pay I was told both me and my sister needed ID to be served. I am 22 and my sister is 15. I explained the fact that she was my little sister and didn?t have any and showed my ID and they still refused for me to buy the gift set (which by the way clearly was a gift and not for either of us ). I asked how this is correct as the law states any 18 year old can buy alcohol and they said it?s because we could be friends so I offered to show both our bank cards to prove we where sisters as they have the same last name on them. The staff were rude and snatched the alcohol from me without even acknowledging this. It is utterly ridiculous that they refused to serve me. There is a 7 year age gap between us and I am old enough to have children. It is ridiculous

Clothing staff need to address customers with a bit of respect instead of having attitude asked a member of staff a simple question politely and was answered in a monatone grumpy uninterested attitude suggest they train staff on how to respond to customers in a polite friendly manner sorry Tescos you lost a sale definitely wouldnt recommend this store

Parking is a joke spent ages driving around for a space then upon exit needed to go back and use a machine which then timed out the ticket, the trolley guy said go speak to customer services who then said there is nothing they can do but should give you a 15 mins Grace period which was also wasted running around trying to validate and see if they could do something in customer services.
Its easy to see why people are moving away from the big super markets who are just trying to claw back extra money from customers.

I had always been very happy that Tesco still considered the health of their customers by continuing to provide hand and trolley sanitizer. However, the past 4 months, whenever I do my bi-weekly shop, either there's no hand sanitizer, no trolley sanitizer, no paper towel, or no nothing at all. I have mentioned this to members of staff often, but nothing has been done.
Please Tesco, keep on looking after us, it is appreciated

The parking is designed to catch you out! The signs for maximum stay signs are insufficient. Last penny you get from me Tesco ?

Goverment lauched brand new E visa last year and couldn't be used as proof of ID because of they 'policy', which i do understand, but this is something the senior management team need to be looking at, many international Student and immigrants now have E visa instead BRP. PS: evisa is been out for almost a year now, and few supermarkets we went accepting them.

Rude security staff on the door. A security tag had unfortunately been left on tshirt and the utter lack of response or want to help was shameful. I was told
'they were far too busy to help' and rolled their eyes. Shocking.
