I dont know if its because its very busy or it doesn't have a full time pharmacist, but it some times takes quite a long time to make up a prescription even if its a online prescription.

What absolutely lovely helpful people..went in tonight tired from A&E they didn?t just sort my medication but called up Tesco st Stephen?s because it was sent there, otherwise I would of had to go there..

Pharmacist is NEVER there at the stated opening time. Time keeping seems to be an issue here.

I have found the staff to be always helpful and go out of their way to please. They are well organised and run the pharmacy efficiently and effectively. I have found this rare with other pharmacy?s in Hull, often not having what you need in stock, unorganised or not having the prescription ready days after it had been ordered! So far a breath of fresh air.

I don't know what to say, just they're all so shy of dealing with customers. They find chatting to their friends more appealing than dealing with customers. I then said, ''Excuse me to the Pharmacist herself. ''She snapped and said ''Wait!'' and carried on chatting to this couple. Unprofessional and rude, went to the pharmacy across the road. Was treated with respect there, the way our mother's have taught us.

good staff here always very polite especially if you need help, the only downfall in this tesco is that when they have a really good offer on the stock seems to run out super fast, but for everyday shopping i find it a simple almost pleasant environment to get things done. Also a lot of the time the mother and child car parking spaces are full of people that have no children or those using the cash points, so they could probably do more to monitor this, even still an easy enough place to shop.

This branch of tesco seems to have gone downhill recently. I had a very poor customer service experience recently where I was marched to another checkout, even though the one I went to was also empty. I expressed my dissatisfaction but it went un noticed. I felt so strongly that I wrote a complaint letter to the store but never recieved any response. The shelves seem to be half empty most of the time like they don't have the time to re stock? I do however like Tesco and so I now shop in another store which opened last year and is much bigger than this store. I wonder how many other people have done the same thing.
