Was very sad to see the RESPONSE from the staff when I complained about 2 boxes of chocolate I bought on valentines day told a member of the staff could you plz check the date on them as I bought my girlfriend 2 boxes on 14th and they are out of date she checked they were out of date she replied I send them the stock we have back . not sorry about that could I refund you or anything like that well THANKYOU for spoiling my valentines day a simple sorry would have been nice . IVE USED THIS SHOP FOR OVER 40 YEARS and must say the staff are usually very helpful .
