Carpets started wearing in less than a month, blaming pets despite no where on any other carpet being the same or on any other carpet previously owned.Price doesn't reflect the cheap carpet.Go elsewhere since they aren't even any cheaper than other stores.

Fantastic flooring, friendly members of staff, very attentive but not pushy, they let you browse at your leisure. The fitters were wonderful as well, cleaned up and hoovered as well. Will definitely be using them again. I Highly recommend stopping by for flooring needs.

can get over I left the a very good review. was looking at my invoice and noticed they charged 11.99 for spray glue that was not use, plus 39.99 for service eg delivery and removal of left over off cuts, and packageing. when I also paid the fitter 96vfor fitting and doing this service. on top of this 17.99 forvthem to ring the fitter to arange a fitting date.

excellent service start to finish.Helpful and friendly advisors in the shop. A bonus was a children?s colouring area when to entertain our son whilst we sorted the carpet details. Fitters were on time and did a super job fitting our carpet on a tricky landing and stairs senario. Would certainly recommend!

Don?t bother just go to carpetwrite next door. Tapi quoted £1000 more than carpetwrite on a £1400 carpet. So £2,400 and couldn?t get anywhere near to match. Very argumentative and not nice to deal with

Such a lovely showroom with a huge range of beautiful, high quality carpets. Friendly knowledgeable staff, great cooffe too. We paid a great price and would not shop anywhere else for carpets now.It really makes a change to be so valued as a customer.

Excellent service from start to finish. Initially Ian visited our home and was fantastic with his professional, friendly, no pressure approach. The fitters Mike and James were top lads and have done a marvellous job carpeting our entire home. Some comments on Facebook from Tapi's competitors complain about their higher prices, yes they're not the cheapest but we certainly got what we paid for with this company.

Thank you tapi carpets and fitters, had my living room and my stairs and hallway done. brilliant job. The aftercare service is fantastic would highly recommend. I can honestly say I would not go anywhere else.
