I came in looking for a blusher product. I seen a few that had caught my eye and I was stuck between the shades; on which one would suit me and look best on me.
I didn?t want to buy a blush that would end up being a waste for me so I wanted to make sure I was buying the right one. I was swatching a few of the tester shades with my finger and rubbed my finger on my cheek to see how it looks on me. I didn?t know that your not allowed to put product on your face. One of the staff member came up to me rudely and snatched the product out of my hand and told me off. To which I understand fair enough your not allowed to put the product on your face, your only allowed to swatch on your hand/arm apparently (they should put a notice up because I didn?t know this, as well as, remove mirrors next to the products because it gives the idea to try the product and see how you look in the mirror.) But for the lady to snatch the blush product out of my hand and walk off with it I felt upset. That was the only tester product there for that shade so unfortunately I was confused again on which shade to get (I am a indecisive person.) I left feeling angry and upset. Perhaps just giving a warning would?ve been better rather than being cold and rude about it.
I did buy another product and a different lady on the counter who served me was nice and friendly hence the 3 stars I?ve rated

Popped into store to buy Christmas gifts, Danielle couldn?t have been anymore help, she was excellent, advised me on the correct items and gave her honest opinion. The gifts went down a huge success so I owe my thanks to Danielle for the exceptional customer service. She?s a credit to the store!

The girl called Caitlin served me today (according to the receipt). She called me over saying 'yeah' she said '£1.25' no please I paid with card got no thank you either really rude girl. Was happy with my purchase thoe and was reasonably priced.

Having chased around trying to purchase an electric toothbrush I was finally successful at this store. I find the pricing structure to be fair and the choice and quality of products to be very good. I do often find there are queues at the checkout so a little patience is often required.

I cannot believe how un helpful the floor staff were when I visited on Friday I said I'll go to princes Quay n the girl replied OK what a difference in the service u received there well done Donna in princes Quay ?????

If I could put 0 stars I would!! The Women or should I say girl by the way she was acting with long black hair and glasses was so rude, shouting and complaining about customers across the shop to other staff not realising I was stood there and she was shouting about my family member, all he wanted was to buy a bottle of aftershave but decided to serve people behind him instead. I had a basket full of stuff but put it back as I?m not getting served by someone who could be so rude and incompetent. We asked another member of staff to give her name however Laura refused and no name tag was able to be seen. Absolutely disgraceful to say you work in customer service, maybe look for another job where you?re not face to face with people to be slagging them off in font of them.

Today I visited Superdrug Unit 26a, St Stephens Shopping Centre, Hull, HU2 8LN I headed this store for making a purchase of almost £120 but it?s make me upset when I came to the till and saw a product ?4head? which I saw £4.79 with pink sticker which is 1/2 attached back of it. When a staff Named Ellie she started make me understood that that sticker (pink one) doesn?t belongs here may be somebody kept it there then I explained her I made the purchase by seeing this tag but she pretended she is unwilling to help me out. They I said, can I see your store manager then she replied ?I?m the store manager? later on I went to to the till to make payment of my purchases then I found out here name badge ?Ellie, Team Leader? now my question is why she lied to me as she said she is the store manager? That?s make me upset and unwelcome to this store! When I saw her name badge I didn?t tell her anything as I know she is a lier. Now I?m wondering how she became team leader whereas she doesn?t have any people skills! No wonder I completed my purchases and left the store with upset minded?. Can somebody make sure that she doesn?t lie to customers for any reason?

Lovely staff . Always smiling . My daughter has a parcel to pick up in-store but the lady couldn't find it on the order system so she tried her hardest to find out about it . Being Sunday didn't help so another visit is due this week. Great prices for my bits that I picked up. Good assortment of stuff . Nice clean shop and well stocked shelves. X
