Stiflingly hot in the branch. Two young lads on absolute go slow. I've never been so frustrated seeing someone TRY to make a sandwich. Cheese and toasted? Sure, but it's all stone cold by the time I get to eat my 8quid sandwich. 4 micro scoops of tuna at one end of a footling sandwich. Lad attempts to cut my sandwich in half, only to fail drastically and drag half of the meagre contents onto the counter, which he then quickly scoops into the nearest bin. Intrusive thoughts of choking him out with a chiptle bottle were thankfully, avoided. Probably the worst "fast food" experience I've ever had. I won't be visiting again

Good food, the best subway but chairs were everywhere
Vegetarian options: Good for vegetarians
Dietary restrictions: Good
Parking: Lots of empty spots but we came for dinner so it was a bit late so if u come in the morning or afternoon they might not be that many spaces but it depends
Kid-friendliness: It was kid friendly, very kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Bathroom for disabled people and lots of space

Absolutely disgusting in here. The staff wear gloves but NEVER change them. Swapping from being on the til handling money to making sandwiches ? squishing down tuna with their hands and then making other people?s sandwiches. Absolute tramps who work here. Glad the service was slow so I could observe how disgusting they are! Walked out after waiting 20 minutes.

Decent Subway, not as good as others we have been to though. We asked for The cheesy BMT, thinking it would be a subject like it said on the sign, but did not realise we had to specify "submelt", meaning we only got a warm sub, instead of a cheesy stringy one like we wanted. Also, don't get the waffle fries, as they are rubbery on parts and hard in others. The sauce is really nice though. By the way, Still get a sub, but just specify exactly what you want.
Parking: You can park in the Main car park! Best parking for a fast food place I've seen in a while!

Hadn't eaten all day so ordered a steak and cheese sandwich from here, 2 hours later I was violently ill, has put me off Subway for life.

Went to buy a salad from subway. Before I did I popped to the ladies toilet, wow how filthy the toilet pan was green the whole toilet area was dirty. I told a member of staff to inform the manager who basically couldn?t care less. I told her I would not be buying food if the toilet were any reflection on the rest of the shop, the whole shop is shabby for a chain of food shops disgraceful.

Visited here today for lunch with my partner and the reason for this review is simply down to the staff member called Jordan, he was very friendly, incredibly professional and very thorough at his job. Absolute credit to that subway branch and had to give him a mention... Keep up the good vibe

Went for lunch, the staff were busy talking with their friends who came in. When we were finally served the sun was as hard as a brick. Brought it back, the manager then tried to argue the case until i told her to tap it against the counter. Got another one made, just as bad. Ended up leaving it without eating, absolutely disgraceful place.

Wait in line for 15 minutes because they is only one young ?very slow? ginger lad on to then be told we have no meatballs left on a Saturday afternoon . First time and last time visit plus £9:99 for a foot long sandwich is ridiculous.

Popped into subway at Kingswood for our lunch.The staff.You young man serving was well presented and very friendly. He was helpful and a very pleasant person to chat to.The shop.It?s a basic subway clean and has easy access.The food.Sadly the food was very poor. The bread was hard and definitely NOT fresh. Having paid £16 for 2 sandwiches (meal deals) I could not believe we had to throw half of the food away as the bread was as stale as it was.The salad again definitely NOT fresh.Very poor quality food considering its a subway and of course the cost.I don?t know if I would try them again or not.

This place is a joke. Made my order went to eat and it was literally dry rock hard, brought it back and told them, so they get the manager. I said "if those rolls are all like that I don't mind having a different kind." She assured me that they weren't. So I have another one made, and the exact same thing happened. Rock hard crunchy and dry as you could get so I threw it in the bin and left. Really poorly run.
