Visited subway on holderness road hull today.
Terrible service staff more interested in speaking with each other and really not paying attention to our order
I ordered a blt well if that's what you can call it i even had to prompt the staff member to add lettuce and tomatoes ?
Husband ordered breakfast sub which was cold and left a horrible taste in his mouth
Never visiting again Terrible service
Think the staff need a training course in customer service
Won't be visiting again

A big 5* for Laura and Aleisha, they are happy, professional and will take the time to get the order just right. They also stay open till 9pm, so disregard Google telling you they are closed.

Food never arrived, and was forced to pay service and delivery for non existent food. I'm tired and left hungry.The phone number is apparently inactive making contacting the venue impossible, this is irritating
