I use this store regularly be it in store or takaway (because I have no other subway on my route/near me). In store the order is right but the staff are incompetent, slow & usually too busy chatting to each other or their friends (either behind or in front of the counter).
Deliveries are usually always wrong and take forever, be it missing ingredients or added ones I didn't ask for, I ask for toasted and it turns up not toasted, it also turns up freezing cold.

Staff are friendly and helpful, food was amazing. I actually forgot to pick up my handbag after eating there and got all the way home with out it... I went back to ask if anyone had handed it in but the staff had noticed it and put it behind the counter. So grateful I got my handbag back.

Ordered food from here. Footlongs came as 6 inch, wasn't toasted and they were squashed as they were at the bottom of the bag with drinks on top. I understand making and packaging sandwiches is incredibly difficult, but shouldn't have to pay for that quality and care

Visited today and a member of staff was actually eating a subway sandwich whilst serving at the till and believe it or not said to her colleagues that the steak wasn?t very nice. We walked out and will never return.

Went to this establishment on Sunday 1st September with my cousin and we both have mobility issues and as I got there a delivery driver was parked in a disabled bay I went inside and asked said driver if he had a blue badge and when he replied no I asked so why are you parked in a disabled space but before he could answer me the person on the till shouted across the shop don't come in here causing trouble I explained I was asking if he had a blue badge for her again to shout at me don't start causing trouble in here I said to my cousin we will leave not spending my money to pay her wages ...... Upon me leaving my cousin spoke to her I was stood at door I asked my cousin if she had a name badge on she shouted it's ELLIE, E L L I E i said i would be contact ing head office to which she replied go on then. Safe to say this is one subway which will never get another penny out of me. ???

Was very dirty inside food was all over table and floor staff had to be prompted twice to clean tables for customers by a customer very unsatisfied with this establishment there needs to be more experienced staff and needs to be more clean

Bad customer service, young lady seems to have a attitude problem, must not like her job , as tried to over charge me on a sandwich when stated you are charging me extra proceed to storm off into the back.

ordered through delivery and the food wasn?t great, the customisations were all backwards on mine and my boyfriends sandwiches, the bread was wrong on one sandwich, my chips were freezing and i ordered cookies with each meal and 3 extra cookies and they sent the complete wrong cookies. i feel like they should?ve at least called and asked if we wanted other cookies if they didn?t have the ones we had ordered or just make them unavailable on their just eat tablet like they?re supposed to. idiots.
Dietary restrictions: if you?ve got dietary restrictions, don?t bother, they?ll mess your order up so bad you won?t be able to eat it anyways

Service was slow and the young woman who served me called ellie was very blunt and rude, and whatever she was doing on her phone seemed more important than getting customers served. Wouldn?t reccomend
