I was a frequent customer at this establishment until recently. The last few times i have been in this shop it looks like a rubbish site in the customer area. The bins are overflowing and rubbish and old food has been left on the tables. The food containers are very dirty. It looks like there?s month old food in there. Some pieces of food are in other pots of food which is not pleasant. The staffs attitude to the job is severely lacking. They used to be smiling and joyful but now they all seem miserable and like you?re an inconvenience for wanting food. One member of staff was quite snappy on my last visit.The last time I went into this shop I joined a rather large and growing queue and there was only one person serving customers. When i got closer to being served I could see into the back room and I was disgusted to see the manager sat on her phone on the table. After a while she finally put her phone away and stayed at the till, leaving the other employee to do everything else alone.I used to love subway and their food but these past few experiences have made me never want to go back. I think someone needs to check out this store and the management because it?s severely going down hill. I will not go back to this store again until things have improved.

Can't say much as I went for breakfast and couldn't get it. It's 8:15 Tuesday and restaurant is still closed despite stating open from 7:00. And this is not the first time it happened. I have waited 15 minutes with a hope to open before my break finish, seen at least 5 more people bounce back on the doors but it did not happen. Well done Subway. Great service ? ?

Came in today to have a bmt before work the staff were lovely but the sandwich well. Bread had all broken apart the about of sauce was stupid half the sandwich ended up on the train flood not happy at

Man working 3rd Jan around 3pm was very rude & impulsive with his service. Food was good nonetheless

Doesn't look very nice, but they have the best the baller subways I've tried. They are very generous with the sauce and the meatballs were delicious ?

I asked for a great ceasar wrap and got told It dosent come in a wrap but I can have chicken and bacon in a wrap . T he lad there who served me I feel is quite rude sometimes

Asked for pickles and got peppers. Also assumed the sandwich was to be toasted so they toasted it without asking.
