Service was very slow with a 20 minute wait after ordering one drink.A group of 6 in the queue behind me got served before me. Poor service.

Thank you to the staff today! They made our kids? day. They absolutely loved the babychinos with gigantic cream on top. Kudos to the staff for being so friendly and accomodating! Abie and the other staff who assisted us today with the ponytail. I didnt get her name but Thank you so much. Service was quick even though customers kept on coming.
Kid-friendliness: Free babychinos and they are of good size too! and staff spoke with my shy children with much consideration and accomodation. Thank you.

Store is looking great, very clean. Jade is absolutely lovely. Her customer service skills on the till is outstanding. She is an asset to the company and to Starbucks as a whole! Keep up the great service and you will go far! Justyna made my iced caramel latte which was spot on. Very efficient on both hot and cold bars! Lovely experience thank you both?.

Good spot to stop for a cold or hot drink before your train or after a long trip into Hull. Clean and lots of seating.

Quite a busy starbucks. The coffee and hot chocolate was good but came served not very hot. All and all a pleasant experience.Parking: Decent parking in the carpark nextdoorWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is not good. They have a very limited number of wheelchair spots. And the electric charging points is not disabled accessible at all. And as far away from the entrance as possible. There are lifts to help if your a wheelchair user. But on the day we visited half the escalators didn't work. So could not access the higher floors. Due to everyone using the lifts. I would say stay away during holiday periods.
