Was in there Saturday, got ignored by one staff member when I asked the location of changing rooms and then the girl who served me at the till was so un-interested and acted like I was putting her out by making her do what she was getting paid to do. Customer service training required.

The shop and goods are ok .but when you go in on a Monday morning and they are not busy , and you've got one member of staff working and another just stood talking to him 3 times I called him over to help me with sizes instead of staying with me to help he kept walking of to continue talking in the end I found what I wanted myself

Although they have a lot of items, quality wise I wouldn't say they are worth the money. You can't even find a nice pair of shorts. I even returned a pair of shoes but all they could do is offer store credit, although they still even had the tags on. Then I somehow had to use the store credit on items that I would have never bought to begin with. Not recommended and not coming back either. I would rather order my clothes online and then send them back for free, when ordering on a different website.

Steve at this branch was a delight to deal with. He is an asset to your company. He helped us pick what we needed. He also helped with sizing the kit. Nothing was too much trouble for him despite the time was near closing hour.

The store has lots of stock and it's clean and tidy. Unfortunately I found it disorientating when entering the store. It didn't appear well sign posted on entering and it took some time for me to find where I needed to be. The staff were polite, but preoccupied with other jobs they needed to do.
