They advertise as the best company but to wait 15 days for your glasses is abysmal it's been absolute hell not having my glasses. I've had an update my glasses are in but I'm not allowed to go in early to pick them up because everyone is booked up until my appointment. I spoke to the manager and this is what he advised me.i would personally advise to order your own glasses online they come a lot quicker. I need my glasses for my job as I'm a farmer and when I was supposed to shear my sheep I ended up shearing my dog because I can't see.

I recently had an eye test here, however was told I wouldn?t get my glasses for 2 weeks. I then ordered them online instead to recieve them in 3 days. I went into the store which I had my test at and just asked them if they could please bend the arms on my glasses however, I got told no and that I need to book an appointment. Which I feel is an absolute joke with the bending of the arms only taking 2 minutes, yet I needed an appointment for this. There was one person there at the station where they bend the arms of your glasses but said they had no appointments and were too full. It is a 2 minute job.

Didn't wait very long. The audiologist was very friendly and full of great advice. Booked follow-up appointment with senior audiologist as he needed to see my ears before carrying out procedure. Very professional. Highly recommend..
