Came in to collect a click and collect for my daughter's bike and the man on the desk for C&C sure his name was Dan was so helpful! I was very unprepared with sorting my boot out for it and he was so patient and help me sort my car out to fit the bike box in, they was also another young man on the till as well who was also very helpful and kind! Greatly appreciative of them! Thank you

recently bought pre ordered something and when I went through click and collect it was the easiest thing I have ever done it didn't even take me 5 mins to get my order and leave.

I bought my grandaughter a 16in bike for her birthday today. I have to say, the young man who served me and built the bike is a credit to you. He was helpful, polite and even offered to place the bike into the car for me. It is so refreshing to go to a store and have great, helpful staff.

The staff were particularly helpful especially a chap in his thirties is say with a beard, he overhead me talking to my son about needing the toilet and he showed us where it was, whilst acknowledging another customer who asked for his assistance with something else. My son and daughter both had a lovely time choosing some new toys and I felt like my son could pick up and handle the toys without being told off by staff. Thank you for a lovely trip

Terrible shop, rude staff, refusing to replace or refund a faulty product, i had hard evidence that the product was faulty, no help at all just attitude. This has been reported to the ombudsman. AVOID.

I am leaving a 5 star review for Ellie at the Hull store, I popped in to check my car seat that I bought back in January as the straps seemed to be too short to get my sons arms in and he still had a lot of time before he should have outgrown the seat. Ellie showed me a few different car seats but at this point I still wasn't sure which one to choose so I left it another couple of days, when I went back in Ellie was on shift again and was more than happy to help me, by this point I had more of an idea which seat I wanted, both times she spent a good amount of time with me answering all my questions and trying my son in and out of the seats and trying them in my car, I chose the seat I wanted and she fitted this for me, she even interacted with my son who was not in the best of moods both times we went (thats toddlers for you) she even helped me by sending the company an email to say I wasn't happy with the straps on the seat and managed to help me send it back and get a refund for the seat. She was very polite and professional throughout and I felt like she went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Ellie your help and patience was much appreciated and my son is much more comfortable in his new car seat x x x

The staff here are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and find the stuff you need. We brought our younger sister here to find a pram as she is expecting in 4 months and the staff were incredible. Sammi, Kirsty and Billy could not have been more helpful.
