It?s my closest fuel stop.
Very poor.

Sign on door saying back in 10 mins but staff member stocking shelf?s, asked when she would be open pointed at sign and said can?t you read, I didn?t want to have to go home and come back if she was gong to be longer then 10 mins. As she was rude I asked for customer service number as I wanted to make a compliant she then got really rude took sign off the door and walked away. A customer went into the forecourt and was told over tannoy there closed. I went back to window and asked if she was reopening she said she had been robbed, I said why didn?t you just say that in first place. Now she was on the phone , and got rude again if she was closed why not just put cones and close garage down ? Just seemed very strange they way she was , will never go here again.We went around 6pm on 18.09.23

Visited this place to put fuel in our rental car in the evening st around 6pm. We were in a hurry after a very long day, little sleep and were under a lot of pressure trying to figure out how to open de car?s fuel deposit. I was clearly distressed running around the car, and instead of trying to help, the staff were extremely rude to us, to the point of shouting at me when I was visibly on the verge of tears. We ended up putting the wrong type of fuel in the car. We got absolutely no help from the staff with regards to where we could push the car to while we sorted the problem out, just a nasty ?well you can?t leave the car here?. We ended up waiting for 2+ hours at the corner of the gas station to get the car sorted and not once did they consider checking to see what was going on after me being visibly upset for well over 30 minutes within the premises.I would recommend Shell to train their employees to learn how to treat customers as human beings. We may be doing something incorrectly, but no one deserves to be treated the way I was treated today. In the mean time, just don?t bother with this gas station.

Twice I've tried to use this location to drop off my Yodel parcels and both times the garage has been closed within opening hours - and not for a fuel restock which I'd understand.If you have to close as times during the day please be consistent and advertise when this is so I'm not wasting my time

Female staff are stocking, told she was taking pacrals not the the machine or not are anything she just no dining it. Think she need to learn some manners and her job role too
