Visited the store yesterday with a product needing a specific screw, asked the staff member behind the till if he could help identify a specific screw needed, the staff member was rude stating ?we have thousands of screws, could be any? belittled me infront of other customers, another customer noticed and took me to the catalogue at the back and found the product I needed in less than a minute, left and purchased elsewhere.

Most of what I wanted wasn't in stock never gave it a thought about extra demand due to lockdowns and more people doing DIY jobs. However special praise to the assistant Kerry for the effort in ensuring that I did get some of the items that I required.
