reasonably priced drinks great atmosphere and amazing staff they go above and beyond.. free pool for paying customers and the pool table is well looked after. excellent venue for your next get together/party.. highly recommend

Although this bar has been here a few years. I hadn't ever been in as I thought it was more of a cafe. I first called in the last week because of the live music Hull Trinity Festival. It is a nice bar and the staff are friendly. There is a pool table free to play. There's a good range of reasonably priced beers, larger and cider. Sadly, there is no cask conditioned real ale. It's a nice place worth visiting.Parking: There is some paid street parking, albion Street car park is only a short walk away.Kid-friendliness: Not a place to bring children.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance, the bar is all on one level, easy access for wheelchairs.

The staff are so rude and are drunk themselves. They are so disrespectful shouting at me only because I am a young girl I felt taken advantage of. I wouldn?t even give a 1 star if I didn?t have to.

The place is probably intended mainly for older people, over 50, but the mirjscs itself is pleasant, tight, with a DJ and music.

Good beer, good atmosphere, great free pool table which the owner and a few punters like to play on and gamble now and again. Played the owner Dave Swales a few times and walked out with £80, happy days all round will be back to beat him again

Smashing place. Relaxed , trouble free , really cheap beer, good too. Hobgoblin £3 a pintNo food , but then if you're out for food , go to a restaurant
