Good little shop prices ok

Tried to make an online order twice. Both times were cancelled for delivery. Speaking with Deliveroo, they say if the store is busy, they just cancel the order! Imagine this is for someone who cannot get out the house and choosing this as their only method to get something in today, terrible. If you cannot deal with orders, switch off from deliveries for that period. Having to keep ordering the same things and rejected again is a pain. I called 3 times and no response on the telephone. Not a great service from a national company

I have been in Sainsburys local at 327 Ings Road Hull this afternoon 08/02/2025 at about 3pm. The young woman on the checkout was busy talking to her friend and I was clearly and inconvenience to her conversation. She never once said please or thank you. How rude is that. The manager needs to teach his staff lessons on good manners. If it happens again I will have something to say. Beware.

I went in for a bag of ice to find there was none in the freezer. As I was leaving the shop I mentioned it to the staff and they went to look in the back of the shop for some and found 1 last bag. Happy days. The staff are brilliant in that wee shop.

Very friendly helpful staff, but not the easiest store to get around, i am a disabled person but even for able bodied people its not easy to get round the store on Ings Road its so cramped, they have tried there best to open the store up a bit to make space but itz not enough, its such a shame because i like sainsbury's and there open hours, sorry it couldnt be a more positive feedback.

staff blocking Gluten Free shelf with stock (not the first time). checkout staff seeming like i was a nuisance because i asked if i could swipe my Nectar card, as she failed to ask me if i had one...
