Waited for a tracked parcel nobody came. After tracking says tried to deliver. No card pushed through. Unable to speak to any6at the office. It's only automated and when ring they get tracking numbers and letters mixed up because automated. Nobody knocked on the door from post office so how was delivery attempted

Came here to enquire about a missing parcel and the staff in the collection office was fantastic. He couldn't of done enough for me. He found my missing parcel for me which saved the day for me as it was my son's passport and we were going away the following day. It wasn't even royal mails fault but the passport office as they put the wrong house number on my parcel. They missed the first digit off. Thank you to Ron for all the help he gave me, my wife and i couldn't be more grateful.

Went to drop off heavy parcel... told it had to go to another post office across Hull.. to be told the first office was wrong and they couldn't take my parcel. Front of house is shocking.. no wonder the Royal mail is in trouble..still alive only due to its monopoly.. bring on the competition

Short queue quickly dealt with. When busy often 2 desks open. Staff Polite and helpful.Parking restrictions near the collection office are not well enforced
