Had drinks order taken waited 15 mins for drinks to arrive then asked again when first drinks were coming she then took our drinks order and food order again and I’d stated no onions in the burger. Booked for bottomless brunch was told it was our last order when we had 5 drinks each she said 5 is the usual amount. It doesn’t state this anywhere - bottomless to me is as much as you can. Maybe it’s 5 cause the staff are so slow! Need to improve asap

We brought my friend for her birthday on good Friday and unfortunately the service was so slow & poor. We came for bottomless brunch. Was waiting 20 minutes for a drink and that’s after we’d waited for a waitress to come over and take an order. We hope it was just down to them being short staffed but we only had 2 drinks... read full comment
