The service was rather slow. We waited about five minutes at the reception before I approached the bartender to ask if we should wait there for service. He replied, ?There are no tables, sir.? I then responded, ?With all due respect, I have a reservation.? At this point, he acknowledged the reservation, and we were seated within another two minutes.
Once seated, a lovely lady named Vaneyann, who was very pleasant, brought us our menus. She mentioned that someone would be back shortly to take our orders. However, 10-15 minutes passed with no service, so I asked who appeared to be the floor manager if we could place our food order. He replied that he would assist us after seating another guest. True to his word, he returned two minutes later to take our order.
When I inquired whether the burger was homemade or frozen, I couldn?t get a clear answer. Based on taste, I?d say it?s a flash-frozen, all-beef patty rather than a handmade, crafted burger. Once we ordered, the food arrived promptly, which was a pleasant contrast to the initial service delays. The carbonara was delicious. It?s clear that the kitchen staff have their act together, but the front-of-house team could use some improvement.

What a waste. Waste of food, waste of time.
Had to wait over 40 minutes for our order, several walk ins after us got their food first. When the food finally arrived, half of the order was wrong. The food that we got was average, the side of fries was undercooked, tasted like old fat and was basically inedible. What a shame.
The front of house did however, not bill us for ALL of the food, which was a small comfort.

Will certainly come back for the pizza and the food. We had the rectangle Romana style pizza, the dough was great. Not quite sure about the customer service but it is most likely an unfair comment as there was only two wait staff on a Wednesday night. There was a sign board about 25 percentage off but we did not enquire further, should have as there was no discount on our bill. Regardless, will definitely highly recommend the food. But, possibly not their chocolate cake which came with a thick milky watery runny thingy that is definitely not mascarpone.

Food was amazing and very tasty however we was trying to catch the managers attention to get the bill or order a dessert and he was speaking to his friends or family at the front of the restaurant, a little frustrating because we spent 2 hours in there and wanted to see a film afterwards but missed it unfortunately. The waiter service was brilliant though but the waiter went home early during our meal because I overheard it wasn't busy but even we couldn't get the bill or dessert in a timely manner even though it wasn't busy...

Food was brilliant and good size portions as it's not the cheapest place so that more than made up for the prices. Staff were friendly but the service was a little slow when we visited.
The only downside was, when I visited the toilet, the seat hasn't been cleaned for years and instead of being white it was like a mustard colour, disgusting! Why they haven't just bought a new seat I don't know because it's rancid and probably beyond cleaning now.

My partner is coeliac and we struggle to find places that cater for his needs. He ordered a gluten free pepperoni pizza and cheesy garlic bread. He really enjoyed it. The bases were home made and not Schar bases that you usually get at other Italian restaurants. Brilliant food and great service.

We got meatballs as the starter. Meatballs themselves were fine but nothing special. The sauce on top of them was lukewarm and the bread tasted defrosted with a fusty taste.
As mains we ordered a lasagna, a bolognaise, and a side of cheesy garlic bread.in fairness, the lasagne was well cooked and hot,but was more cheese than pasta and mince. When the food came out the garlic bread had no cheese and the bolognaise was over cooked yet cold pasta with the sauce in a pile on the top. The sauce was extremely watery , containing more carrots than anything else and the spaghetti was sat in what resembled a broth more than a pasta sauce, I suspect from the sauce mix being microwaved to be reheated from frozen. The spaghetti itself was extremely cool and the sauce mixture lukewarm. We notified the waiter about the garlic bread and they were pleasant and said they would ask the chefs to make a new one. Around a minute later the exact same garlic bread came out with cheese on. Since it was the same bread just reheated with cheese it was overdone so burnt, very tough and chewy.
During the meal, the staff were very unprofessional on their phones and there were multiple iphones ringing from behind the bar. After we had finished, we asked for the bill and the waitress/manager said she would go get it for us. For context the restaurant was less than half full with no large parties. 30 minutes later our bill ( table for 2) still had not arrived so we went up to the bar and asked if it would be possible to pay. The same manager/waitress who had said she would get our bill appeared as if we had not asked her and made us feel like such a burden and cheeky for going up to ask(since it?s normally table service) however let us pay. We left after paying £60 for a meal I could have cooked better from Tesco at home.

Pants?wasn?t busy but food took nearly 40 minutes just for 2 pizzas and 2 chips. Could see the table next to us getting frustrated with the wait as well. When our pizzas eventually arrived they were underdone and we had to send them back, no one came to check on us to see if everything was okay or asked if we wanted anymore drinks. Staff stood behind the bar on their phones, overpriced food and atmosphere so dead it made me depressed being there. I?ve worked in hospitality for 11 years and can honestly say our experience was shocking, won?t be returning

Had an evening meal here as we were in town for the Sir Ranulph Fiennes talk at Hull City Hall.We know Prezzo well, it?s good standard food that serves its purpose, plus we both love Italian. What I really liked about this restaurant though was the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff.It was clean, decent food on the menu and we found various vouchers for money off online; certainly check before you eat! We can only use one voucher with one meal so we had to work out which one best suited us.Based on my experiences of this restaurant I would be more than happy to recommend a visit.
