The room was lovely and clean. The receptionist on booking was very nice and polite. To say we were by busy main road and shopping park, we didn't hear any outside noises which was great! Would recommend ?

Nice place to stay but heater seems not working properly.Breakfast good but to me,sausages seems not cook enough.Hope it'll improve a bit nxt time I come.

Really lovely hotel. Clean, well organised. Professional and lovely staff. Free parking. Meal deals with fresh food from beefeater.

Very good Premier Inn. Situated on the edge of a busy retail park. The reception staff were all excellent. Rooms were clean and quiet. There is a connected Beefeater restaurant for breakfast. Plenty of parking. Very good value for money.

It?s a bed for the night in a clean room. Not the best in hot weather as no air con and the room fan was poor and had a inconsistent noise not conducive to getting the best sleep. The full English breakfast is good but the continent poor if you are looking forward to pancakes as these quickly run out.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely and helpful when I need an iron. Check in was simple and easy. Breakfast was simple and yummy. The only downside was that our room was really hot and the fan was only blowing hot air. Thankfully it was only 20 degrees outside but had it been hotter it would have been unbearable.

We had a lovely stay, the room was comfortable and the reception staff were friendly and super helpful The breakfasts were reasonable and well stocked although it was disappointing that in order to have decaff coffee, I had to remember to take sachets through from the hotel reception as there were none provided in the pub. We also ate in the pub one night but the food was poor. I sent my gammon steak back once as it was like a piece of leather and although they gave me another meal (and didn't charge for it) the second time wasnt a lot better. My partner had a pie which was ok but very salty. Overall, couldnt fault the hotel stay, the breakfast was good value for the money and there are plenty of places to eat in the evening within walking distance - the brazilian restaurant over the road was particularly good.

I stayed here for business visit beginning of July and it was a really great stay. Nice to see smiley receptionists from beginning of the stay till the end. Very clean and so quiet. Free Wi-Fi with no limited time was plus point too?

Manky place that needs a refit. Rooms grubby. Staff lovely. Rooms baking hot. No air con. Only a fan that was as much use as a chocolate fireguard. No sheets for bed. Avoid!

We stayed here for the who concert and knew it would be busy, the receptionist was very polite and informative. Room very clean and beds so comfortably. Will stay here again if we come back to Hull. Convenient location

We have stayed here several times over the past few years simply because it is conveniently located to meet up with friends, Hull and Beverley being a short drive away. Unfortunately, standards have declined and this place could do with a freshen up. Saying that, our room was clean which is the main thing. There were a group of young males who were very loud and badly behaved staying for a couple of nights, running up corridors, shouting at one another. Several guests came out of their rooms to ask them to be quiet. Reception staff, as always, were very pleasant and helpful. The Beefeater, where breakfast was served, is in dire need of a refurb, the place is filthy, carpets and chairs badly stained and decor shabby. We would gladly return if improvements were made but, until that happens, we will stay elsewhere.
