We brought a party of 6 in for Breakfast on Sunday 13th July 2025. The food was great and a very wide chioce of food was available. The Staff were very polite and helpful nothing was to much trouble for them. We will be in for Breakfast again in the near future Thank you Brian and Pauline Jennison

Third stay in this PI. Stay in a lot of PI's all over UK. This is definitely one of the best. Short walk into old Hull. Very clean room and public areas. Good food and very professional and friendly staff.

Odd hotel. The reception is on the 7th floor as it is on the carpark. The hotels carpark is over the road and is £7 currently. We stayed in a premiere plus room, and it was quite nice. Wider than others I have stayed in, with slightly nicer finishes and amenities.
Staff were friendly, breakfast was nice and the views over the water were quite nice too.
If you are planning to go to the deep and needed hotel, this will absolutely tick all the boxes. Also, it is only a small walking distance to the town centre if you were going to the pubs.

The hotel itself is outdated and old. The room we stayed in the shower over the bath was ok but the bathroom had black mould all along the floor and around the bath. The room was outdated and no sockets near the bed so unable to charge phones near the bed. The bed was comfortable but the only thing that is perfect about this hotel is the staff. They are polite and helpful. I?ve stayed in other premier inn hotels in different cities by far this hotel has been one of the worst one I?ve stayed at.

Perfect for Hulls old town with its great pubs and restaurants. Views over the Humber. Staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, at a decent price.

Location was perfect for me as working away all week. Nice rooms but the telly is very small, but that's nit picking. Friendly, helpful staff as usual.

Had a lovely stay overnight on the 28th Feb. however, I left my GHD straighteners in the room (905) this morning and they have not been found!!!!!! If anyone finds them could they please contact the hotel and let them know. I would love to get them back!

Brilliant Premier Inn with the most helpful friendly staff. Stayed overnight on a Saturday and nothing was too much trouble. The lady on reception came to unlock our interconnecting doors (rang up in advance to request and was allocated no trouble) and noticed one of my children was upset and came back a few minutes later with bubbles and some chocolate for them both, was really thoughtful. Breakfast great, all nice & clean only slightly annoying thing is the swing bridge was shut so was a longer walk into town with little legs but this is no fault of the hotel!

The staff are great and the breakfast was delicious, unfortunately the room let it down...our toilet was blocked and the air con didn't work - dont think we would stay here again.

Used as base for grandsons visit to the deep, located within a quarter of a mile. On site parking £7.00 for 24 hours. Rooms very reasonably priced and the meal deal, including breakfast was very good value for money and the quality was absolutely fine. 2 courses with drink, all you can eat breakfast. Staff were great from arrival to departure and room was very nice and clean.
Nearby activities: Very close to the deep aquarium.
Safety: No issues whatsoever.
Food and drinks: As mentioned earlier very good value.
Noteworthy details: As had a very good stay and slept well in our rooms on the 8th floor.

Had a really good experience at this hotel. Staff was helpful, especially one of the managers I believe his name was Grant.
Would definitely stay here again.

Where do you start . One lift working spent most of your time waiting for lift . Finally get lift and the room card doesn?t work. Room is tired and requires a revamp. The TV far too small. Corridor services above ceiling very noisy. Food shocking ! Miles from centre as bridge closed. Generally the worst premier inn the area. Really poor
