Made up some imaginary rules so they didn?t have to take our larger parcel. I decided to verify the size specifications with the post office on Newland by calling up, ended up taking it there with no problems. Confirmed what they told us was fake, very unprofessional.

I intended to post a parcel from this branch as I noticed it was open on a Saturday afternoon. However, having seen 3 lads go in together not wearing masks, I decided not to bother. There was no sign on the door requiring you to wear a mask either. Not good in the present circumstances,
