What a great addition to Hull this shop is. They have a fantastic range of plants and accessories, and Lara and Ema are always wonderfully helpful and super knowledgeable on all things plants.The shop itself has clearly been put together so thoughtfully, too. It?s a pleasure to spend a portion of a lazy weekend in here. Highly recommend!

No trip to town is complete without a quick trip to Hulls best plant shop. The lady is the friendliest, bubbliest lady you'll ever chat to, I've asked countless questions, some that I think even an idiot should know, and she treats every question like a question on The Chase, informative and never condescending.I can't recommend this place enough, even if it's just to stand in and be surrounded by greenery!

Owner was soooo helpful with advice for repotting my monstera! I managed to successfully repot and add a moss pole and now my plant is thriving with lots of new growth. If you want advice or new plants then this is the place to go.

Lovely plant shop down Humber Street, a fabulous choice of plants and the young lady that works there is very knowledgeable and willingly gives advice on how to look after them all. Always worth a visit.

I've been visiting Plant and Paint for just over a year now and every time I leave with fantastic plants, products, and advice on how to care for my plants once at home. I've also attended one of their terrarium workshops which was great fun (plus there was cake!).Lara & Ema are true artisans and passionate about what they do.Their range covers all budgets and you can keep up to date on new arrivals & workshops via the website and social media. They have recently launched an online shop where every item has a detailed listing and this must have been an epic task to write descriptions, care instructions etc. for us the humble patron.If you haven't found your way to Humber Street (or online) then you really are missing something so please give this local indepedent business all the support it deserves.

Best shop in Hull. I don?t know what I would do without it?. The owner Lara has curated a little gem on Humber Street. Lara and Ema are the friendliest, loveliest planty people that really know their stuff. Plant and paint is a must for anyone visiting Hull.

When I visited I was greeted really warmly and the customer service I received was outstanding.I asked lots of questions about the plants I wanted to buy; where they would be suited, the soil I should use, how much water they should have and how large they would grow.I was blown away by the simple and clear advice I was given about this and the other house plants I have at home.Amazing place and I?ll definitely be back.Thank you ?
