Food tasteless cheese on pizza tasteless vegetarian option boring and tasteless salad bar rubbish and the condements were cheap trade ie mayonnaise etc tasted cheap won't be going again

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience on our recent visit, and after complaining to Pizza Hut directly they don't even really seem to care. Salad bar was contaminated with coleslaw and potato salad making it not vegan friendly, vegan options were greatly reduced and priced higher than their non-vegan counterparts, and I was ill after eating here which suggests to me the cross-contamination is poor and not taken very seriously. All of the sides ordered were cold, the drinks machine was flat, and it was just all round a very poor experience.
Not vegan friendly at all, as far as I'm concerned until the whole salad bar is vegan it can be considered vegetarian due to the disregard for cross contamination (and customer service just tell you that it's your responsibility to tell the staff there's contamination, despite it being in the middle of the restaurant).
For £20 per person, this was just a shocking visit and has really cemented that I won't be returning to a Pizza Hut again. Papa John's know how to do vegan food and you get a lot more for a lot less.
Dietary restrictions: Not suitable for allergy sufferers or those with intolerances to dairy, or vegans that want to be sure they're avoiding any animal products.

I Recently visited the pizza hut on St Andrews Quay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I went with my partner and 2 children. There was great choices of food for us all we all enjoyed the salad bar aswell which was full and fresh. All parts of the restaurant was very clean and tidy. My kids enjoyed the help yourself icecream bar and was amazed at all the choices of sprinkles and sauces. We also used the toilets whilst there and was very clean which is always nice to see. Will definitely be coming back.
Kid-friendliness: It's lovely to see when you walk into a restaurant and the staff talk to the children aswell. As alot of places I have been staff only ever seem to talk to the adults but the staff here was so friendly and made my children feel included and made them laugh.

Amazing service, came on Monday with my partner for the buffet before setting off for our holiday and the restaurant was empty and they were so accommodating, asked us what pizzas we would like for the buffet and everything was hot, served fresh. Couldn?t ask for better service or food, left in a food coma will definitely be back thank you

For a basic pizza well over priced. No wonder thd place was virtually empty on a Saturday night. Used to be packed every weekend.
