Generally good, but there's room for improvement.
We've always liked going to Pets at Home, but sometimes they don't have what we need. For example, the other day we were looking for food for senior rabbits (ours are 6 years old) and there was nothing in the shop. We don't like having to order from Amazon, especially after they sent us a damaged package, but there seems to be no alternative.
We have a monthly subscription for hay and shavings to collect in-store. However, for how much we spend with them, the discounts through the subscription and the app feel quite small.
Recently, we bought a food and water dispenser for our rabbits, but the refilling part is too big. It's impossible to fill it without the food or water spilling all over the house. It was the only dispenser available besides a much more expensive electric one for cats.
Despite these issues, we continue to shop here for the variety of products and the convenience of the store, but we hope they can improve on these points.

Been in today to purchase dog food and was served by a gentleman called Brad.
He is so very cheerful, helpful and his customer service skills are absolutely spot on! He is an absolute credit to Pets At Home.

The staff here are great for information and seem to be well organised. They appear to work well as a team and the store is generally full of most items.

On Thu 20th Feb 2025I placed an order for delivery to the Hull StAndrews on Sat 22nd Feb 2025. No delivery email arrived or any communication at all. I checked my account and despite the payment taken from my account the order was still. ?Processing? and still is today. 25th Feb 2025. When I contacted the customer service via Facebook messaging they offered a replacement or a refund. I have been getting my dog food from them for 9years but that seems to count for nothing. The only way to contact them is via Facebook messaging with a 72hr response. The local store are unable to assist and referred me back to Customer service. When this transaction is completed, I will be deleting their App and buying from a local Pet Store. A little more expensive, but I can collect from a real person and any problems I can ring them

Standard Pets at Home. If you've been to one you been to them all. Lots of parking and plenty of other shops though.
