Not the easiest place to get to, and the carpark is a bit tight, but the store is good. I've got pet rats from here a couple of times and been happy with the experience.

First of all watched a women drop and kill a fish, then waited 45 minutes nephew picked a fish we was asked who was next and we said us then they proceeded to leave us 15 minutes before we asked when will be served then we was told they was not selling fish anymore. DISGUSTING please see photo of dropped fish left in a brown bag.

This store has everything you could possibly need for your pets... including A veterinary practitioner a pet grooming salon very knowledgeable friendly approachable staff... and the prices are affordable.

Popped in for some cat food and ended up buying treats and bowls ?Good price for Pets at home cat food and has so much in terms of toys, treats, litter tray options, medicines.Super useful place, is a great spot to top up my pets items, thank you

Went in to adopt 2 male rats I had see in there a couple of weeks ago and was told I had to show them a photo of the cage as I had not bought it from them, which I understand but then they said I could not take them home on the bus even if I bought a plastic carrier.so now I will no longer be going to this store and the poor rats are left in a glass cage which is not healthy for them and hardly any enrichment for them.the lady who was serving me also called them wild rats , they were fance rats.

Very unpfessional young girls in this shop. The manner asking questions you feel like you are in prison, grumpy faces, like telling you why you disturbed them, body language like they are most important people and I need to be on my knees in the front of them to be able to buy a fish. I have 350 litres tank with 6 harlequin in it and would like to buy 6 barbus, so she was not sure those fishes can live together and not able to explain why she needs to know how big my fish tank. She asked her coleague if those fishes can live together in that size of the tank and response was - "possible". It is not sounds proffessional at all. NO recomending anyone this shop.
