First time in the shop. Wife gave a hint on something she wanted which I had to decode. Served by a fantastic lady called Aimee who was excellent and very patient with me trying to work out what my wife actually wanted. Turned out It was exactly what she wanted and many thanks for the perfect help.

I just wanted to give a big gold star to Liv and Lucia at the Whitefriargate store; they went above and beyond helping me with my bracelet and 10 charms. They give me plenty of options and was so friendly and accommodating; these girls need a raise for their hard work and excellent customer service skills; will definitely be back again soon.?

Had ring bought for Christmas was way to big as I tried it on Christmas Day and put it away to be changed smaller been in 3 times since Christmas been out of stock just been in today the assistant brought the manger as it could not be exchanged due to signs of wear but this ring is to big to even wear absolutely disgusted with the manger attitude in the Pandora at st stephens. This ring cost £60 and is useless and going to be sat in box. I can honestly say I will never buy in Pandora again ?

I got a ring and bracelet from there on Thursday after work for a (ex partner now ) I have taken them back today and they was happy to take the returns and and did not make life difficult I would like to thank the lady who helped me Thursday when picking them up what lovely and fantastic staff
