Great charity shop and great charity. Mandy the manager is so nice and helpful. It is obvious she cares deeply about the dogs at Oakwood by the way she talks about the dogs at the rescue. As with most charity shops, I don't always buy something but its always worth a rummage and you can always pop some change in the collection tin for the doggos!

Mandy the manager is fantastic! The volunteers appear to love helping out and it?s got some fab bargains!! I got some brand new pumps in there, labels still on!

Extremely rude woman working there !!! Just visited the shop ( 02.11.2023 at 2 pm) with my 5 year old boy and never seen such a rude behaviour towards the child! My son was holding the toy car that he liked and she literally ripped it out of his hands! Also she was rude to other customers with the child that were there too! When I tried to talk to her why she did that she just ignored me and look through the window not even in my direction. Really disappointed as I always try to support local charities.
