The staff were unbelievably rude I told one of them I was told to come in to ask them about their loyalty card but I couldn't remember the name when I went in (I have epilepsy therefore I have a really bad memory sometimes especially in situations where I don't feel comfortable as I also have anxiety) so I admit I started to stutter a little bit because she called another member of staff over & both of them were taller than me & kept huffing & staring down at me looking at me then eachother with funny looks on their faces which made me feel stupid I knew they thought i was an idiot but thats ok i thought its my fault for thinking I could go in a shop like next so I just accepted it & went to leave but then while I was having a cigarette outside whilst doing my counting & breathing etc 1 of them came out & told me my bf was causing trouble, I told her I didn't know what she was talking about as I wasn't with anyone but she just laughed at me & said that he had told them to come & ask me something I was totally confused & actually started to get upset as I realised that she was accusing me of being a criminal & all because I couldn't remember the word 'loyalty' so she thought I meant a kind of store credit type card (I didn't even think they did them anymore but I remember years ago seeing the application forms near the checkouts in all them big expensive stores but I'd never get 1 I dont want to be in debt to a place like tht for years) so anyway basically im sure not every Next is like this as it was only the staff that made my visit there so bad so unless you're thinking of going to the 1 in Hull on Kingswood then I'm sure it'll be fine but if u r then my advice to u is DON'T! They might not treat u this way because u look 'normal' but that's the exact reason why u shouldn't want 2 go in there, treating ppl with disabilities like they're freaks who don't belong thinking that they're better than us because they work in next & they're obviously right about whatever it is they think whatever judgement they've made abt someone they have no right or reason to make these assumptions nm actually voicing them 2 the potentially vulnerable person who they've felt the need to attack! I doubt they care but their actions & words tht day led 2 me not leaving my house for days & I still haven't managed 2 go in any shops without feeling nervous & just going straight in & out I can't imagine ever being able 2 go shopping with a friend just 2 spend some time out 2geva having fun talking etc so I hope it's not been too much of a long rant because I do feel like I needed 2 let ppl know how it's affected me.....thankyou

Poor service from start to finish. Nothing but problems just to get a pair of kids crocs. Will not use Next Kingswood again!

Visited late today, exceptional customer service from one of the team. Needed swimwear, lovely lady took the time to go to the stock room as nothing was on the shop floor. It is so nice when people go the extra mile, even remembered to wish me happy / nice holiday on the way out.

Massive Building lots of choices..Good stock of Mens denims. Haven't had chance to look in every department so we will be coming back. It also has a Costa restaurant inside plus another on the outside.
