They refuse to give a till receipt. They want your email to send a receipt. The receipt they send is incomplete so they mess you about for hours when you return their faulty goods. Management policies put you of shopping in the high street, going back to online shopping. Took an hour to sort out in shop with Asos would take about 10 mins. Wake up guys you are killing your own high street footfall....I will never be back. Staff were as frustrated as me. This is all senior management policy driving customers away.

Locked me and my friend in a changing room and then repeatedly complained at us telling us that it was our fault. Sort your staff out. Disgusting behaviour

Fantastic offer on coats at moment 25%off. Good choice for all ages. Very well set out store. Didn't wait for long in the queue two very well mannered young ladies serving. They do a store card for anyone if you wish to apply. You can shop online or in store

Had the most humiliating experience at the new look store today. I returned the shoes and shop assistant insisted that I?ve worn them outside when that clearly was not true. Shoes had no signs of the outdoors dirt or any scratches on the sole, inside was also pristine. They were a bit dusty from the store?s floors though, which is nothing new. Newlook floors are often dusty and dirty, both in the store itself and in changing rooms with dust fluff in the corners. The manager then approached and instead of just processing a refund she wasted more of my time by lecturing me on the process staff has to follow. When I told her that I really don?t want to listen to that as I just came to get a refund, she replied in a loud voice so other people can hear that she doesn?t have to service me if I speak to her like that. Like what? At no time I was rude, however I had all the right to be upset for being accused of something I haven?t done. She tried to manipulate it so to make it look as if I?ve been rude or mean to them, which I wasn?t, just did not agree with them for obvious reasons.

Big place....much bigger than the one in beverley. Did notice a fair few small sizes and not much for curvy ladies.

Great customer service today by Kelly and Julie who were so helpful in doing my return as my phone was broken so understanding and patient nice to see such good staff definitely will shop there again xx

Not much selection in this store as its only small. Dont listen to the online stock checker for items it tells u things r in stock here and they dont even sell the lines
