absolutely disgusting, words can?t describe how horrified i am at my experience with this nail place. first, i asked for biab and i got acrylic, but i kept quiet about this and tolerated it. then 3 of my nails got infected, and they told me to come in so i did. unaware of the situation, my sister bought me a gift card for my birthday so i thought id go back. after waiting around 45 minutes to talk to her, she said that she has gave me a fungal infection and i should wait to get biab done. i said can i trade my gift card for money and she started being aggressive and saying that she can?t. IF YOU WANT NO NAILS, COME HERE!

terrible they infect peoples nails and don?t do anything to help them after. won?t give the money back either even though they are the ones that have messed up the nails. so bad do not come here

Honestly the worst nail shop I have been to in 12 years! If you want your nails to point in 7 different directions then this is your place! After asking several times for this to be fixed the lady will shout at you and refuse any refund.I would add photos but by the time of writing I have already been elsewhere to have them fixed!After reading more and more reviews I can see that multiple people have had a similar experience. Clearly they don?t know what a coffin shape is as I also ended up with a chunky square!

Came here to get an infill, asked the lady how much it would be said £25 then charged me £30 at the end. Nail polish looks bumpy and i asked for coffin multiple times but she gave me square. Open until 7 pm, which is fantastic when you're life is busy !Normally, new places get one or more things wrong as I'm so picky, but this guy was great from the start!Loads of different powders and glitters; big salon, so when people are waiting you are not sat on top of each other, although I went at 6.30 and it had only 2 other ladies.Really fast, amazing nails, a 20-minute drive from my home, but worth it!Il definitely go there from now on!
