Just had our first meal from Napoli and we were absolutely blown away. Delivery was quick and it arrived hot and fresh. I had the hot shot chicken parmesan which was amazing, loaded with toppings and cheese with plenty of bechemal sauce. Even the salad was delicious. Husband had a mixed kebab which again was delicious, the doner meat is top notch. Daughter had a doner calzone and it was amazing, very tasty and perfectly cooked. So happy we found this place and can't wait to come again.

Don?t waste your hard earned money or hours waiting for cold undercooked food to arrive, beans on toast might be a better choice if you want something hot to eat or just simply enjoy a better experience with another place, I wouldn?t recommend this take away to anyone!! Don?t just take my word for it try it at your own peril.

Terrible service tonight, food arrived late and cold, driver forgot our drinks which is fine, but it?s been nearly an hour and they still haven?t arrived! When I rang to ask about it the guy on the phone was rude and wouldn?t even let me speak. This used to be my fav takeaway but gonna start going somewhere else.

Spent £30 plus on a takeaway excited to try new items it was all rubbish- half chips soggy other half just didnt taste great.. Sauces and salad missing from kebab and pitta hard and dry.. Burger dry and relatively tasteless - don?t be fooled by some of the images as they look great! Very very disappointed

A real fall from grace unfortunately. Once a regular customer and openly spread the word of this once wonderful take away. What has happened?? After 3 price rises in a year, the food quality taking a distinct drive. Pizzas coming cold and not cooked through, sadly will not use anymore as there is a much better Italian 200 yards down the road.

Have been a regular customer over the last few years ordered a takeaway for home delivery was absolutely freezing on arrival (literally around the corner)and had to be warmed up in the oven at home which is pointless as I may as well have just cooked myself. Peppers were raw on my Kiev pizza which also had no garlic, around about 2 mushroom spread across the top and about 1 chunk of chicken, was told if we spent over a set amount that free garlic bread was included this didn't arrive. When I called to query the young girl told me that because I'd ordered a cheesy garlic bread she presumed I wouldn't want the free one. The food from Napoli is usually great but on this occasion was appalling and the poor customer service topped it for me.
