Wow. As far as reviews go I couldn't stress enough the hospitality in the place. Arrived an hour before they were closing unbeknownst to us, not a single problem on their end despite this. Admittedly we took our time to place our order and yet they compensated by getting our food dished up in great time. The staff were all great. Regards to Jack especially, his manners and overall demeanour left a positive atmosphere. He even came up himself to check if there were any issues with our food. Lovely lad. Great place. Great food.

Busy at the time I was there but was served quickly and seated easy. A meal my friend wanted wasn't available but she was offered anything she wanted as a replacement. Really good service.

Disappointed that this Nando's is serving all the fizzy drinks flat. I was promised a refund for all my drinks but never received it. I've called multiple times, and my partner even spoke to the manager, but they keep forgetting.

Me and my partner came here on a Saturday night (today) so we expected it to be fairly busy and didn?t mind a wait for however long. I?m a regular customer here so i know what my usual order looks like and is required to have. I came in today ordered my usual loaded chips and some halloumi where as my partner ordered the fino pitta. The wait was 45 mins which we were perfectly fine with and happy to have. The problem was when the food got here i will attach photos of what my supposed loaded chips looked like. I got the bbq peri-tamer flavour and the chips lacked any spring onions sauce, the ?creamy sauce?, cheese and the bbq sauce which is the main toppings - the only thing that was actually on it was some chicken in the coating i assume they cook it in. Me and my partner look fairly young so i?m not sure if it was because of our age but we where left without one of those sticks where the waiter makes sure the foods ok - we couldn?t find any staff near us to contact about it and didn?t want to go searching across the restaurant when there was already a bit queue and many people around. We also didn?t want to wait another. 45 mins for it to be corrected as i?m quite non confrontational and didn?t want to cause any fuss for the already busy kitchen as a customer service worker myself. My partners was burnt and was lacking in the customisation to take off the garlic aoli. We did eat them as we couldn?t find anything to assist us and didn?t want to wait such a long time for the problem to be sorted. Not very happy as this is where we usually go for our casual dinners as it?s usually nice however this was really a let down and i think some accountability and a word with the staff to be more customer facing, communicative and available so that people like us who don?t want to make it a big deal can voice our issues. Paying £40 for 2 meals and 2 drinks is extortionate when the main part of the meals where below average and not what is advertised. Very disappointed and won?t be coming back again. Will be emailing the HR teams to take this further. For standards to drop so low on saturday afternoon where it is it?s busiest time the management need to be aware of the lack of pride and encourage the workers to further the standards of the food.
