We came into nandos late as we were rather hungry, they had limited stock as they had a very busy day! The manger came over Michelle and she was very kind and lovely! We sat down and we ate and the food was absolutely gorgeous! Thank you to the kitchen team and front of house! Respect the hospitality businesses to everyone as they are doing their best! Absolutely amazing, thank you so much for your outstanding service!

The worst customer service - should you be forced to challenge the fact that they restaurant is closing and they still haven't served your food (because it was lost on the system), you will be told to "get out'! Not a place that values its customers

Awful preheated chicken burger, never again

So, after many years of wanting a cheeky nandos as everyone used to say I went for the first time in Hull and have to say what was cheeky about this nandos was the fact we had to pay before we ate and a tip option was offered. Would have been better And nicer if the waitresses would have brought out knives and forks but that's by the by.
The chicken was dry, broccoli was not what I would consider to be broccoli and the amount of uncomplimentary herbs that went on my veggies was unreal.
Mashed potato was nice but would have been better with gravy and the bread was nice.
I will try them again just to see if the food was just bad that day, but my experience was not great nandos team.

Lovely meal for my son?s birthday. The staff were so nice and welcoming! The service was fast, which was a surprise as it was very busy. The staff were working very hard to look after everyone.
Our food was really nice. There was some quite large bones in my son?s butterfly burger though, which is why I only gave 4 stars. Other than that, it was a lovely meal.

We came from France for holidays. My son does not eat chunk food because of a health condition. The staff offered to do some mashed potatoes while my husband went to get the food we forgot in the car about 10 minutes walk away. By the time he returned my son had his food and the manager allowed us not to pay for the potatoes as we lost our card after paying for our meal. We found our card back thanks to some nice would in the shopping centre. The food was very nice, atmosphere inclusive. I highly recommend as honesty is a rare breed

Nicely set location on the side of Princes Quay.
Plenty of tables available.

Had the chicken burger which was nice (but messy) , all the other food looked nice and enjoyed the new Portuguese tomato salad
