The isles are are always full of cages. This makes it difficult to shop. Shelves are not always full. Lots of on line shopping people with large trolley s.

Loads of out of date food on the shelves, appreciate that there didn't look to be many staff in, however there was bread with December dates and chicken dated December too in January! I found six packs of chicken that had that day's date as it's use by date. I saw a member of staff in the "reduced section" and asked her if it would be reduced (it was 9.25pm so not long before they were due to close). She complained that she had lots to do, then eventually said yes, and then gave me reduced stickers, with a whole
20p off each pack! I politely declined, and passed them back to her. So 35 minutes later all those, and more would only be going in the bin!! Hope someone eventually got round to checking all the other "fresh" stock on the shelves!!

I visited the Morrisons spring field way anlaby hull HU10 6RJ the manager is Lee Wild
I am a disabled person with a broken back who needs to use the toilet regularly due to my spine pushing down on my bladder and bowl. I it was 30/12/2024 the disabled toilet had a large notice saying closed and the baby changing room was closed. I went straight to the gents the smell of urine was over powering I nearly slipped on the urine covered floor. I had to use the cubicle toilet I couldn?t pull down my trousers because of the floor swimming in urine and there was toilet paper on the floor soaking wet with urine. This manager runs a cafe inside the store I just wonder what state the cafe kitchen is in? If they neglect the toilets and don?t clean there . I sometimes visit Beverly Morrison?s and they have a cafe serving food and drinks and they have immaculate toilets on every visit in 2024 the highest recommendation I can make is I often visit Goole Morrison?s and they to have a spotless cafe the nice part about their toilets is they use bleach or a very nice smelling cleaning agent on every visit I have made . I have posted a letter to Lee Wild at Anlaby I would pop in and give it to customer service but I would need the toilet on arrival. You don?t know what you might pick up from their dirty toilets my advice is to give this store a wide berth from now on I will post mr Lee Wilds reply to my letter in due course. I will give him time to sort the cleaning service and any repairs to the disabled toilet then I will pay another visit and inspect the disabled toilet and the gents I have tried to not give a star of quality to this store but I will give one star for the help at the customer service desk that evening they were sorting an elderly person out and I couldn?t wait to see her .
Access for all Guidance note 5 accessible toilets are essential if disabled people are to enjoy equal use of buildings in principle, toilets should be no less available for disabled people than others.
ACT 104 Disabled persons frame work ACT a company accessible to customers, a toilet for people with disabilities is of course, mandatory. In other words compulsory get your act together Morrison?s Anlaby Springfield way
I revisited the same store on the 30/12/2024 to find the disabled toilet open there was no toilet paper available in the disabled toilet. So I dashed to the gents and both cubicle dispensers were empty. Before I left the store toilets I filmed the toilets. In the disabled toilet the cleaning inspection sheet stated that it had been closed for one day and was back open to the public. Good management would have had the worker who carries out the repairs to sort out the urinal in the gents toilet block as a large black bucket is the only thing catching the urine . I reported the lack of toilet paper I was told that it?s an outside contractor and customer service has no control over then but when she next sees the cleaner she will pass on the information.
I decided to revisit this store at 3.30 pm on the same day . I filmed the gents as I had noticed a note on the disabled inspected sheet daily that a leak had caused the closed toilet it went on to say no problems or issues . She cannot smell the urine in the air. No bleach or chemicals have been used to clean the floor. Back to the gents inspection half the 3 urinal wall is missing at the bottom so all the timber stud work is open and is black with mould and soaked in urine. No statement of any leak or date of repairs on the weekly inspection sheet the inspection report was not filled in for Wednesday so I assume that no cleaning was carried out on that day. The smell of ammonia was overpowering. I posted a review on trust pilot as well . I have sent by special delivery a 6 page complaint following my inspections , to mr Lee Wild manager. 2nd letter I might add .
This site has a cafeteria service and I can only assume the same cleaning service cleans the kitchen staff?s toilet.

Best supermarket in the area and in a great location for other stores close by.

To the lady who eventually turned up at the pizza counter tonight who served an older gent then me, a bit of warmth, friendliness and customer service wouldn't go a miss. I don't expect to ask for a pizza only to be told there is one in the chiller in a rude and sarcastic way. I'm afraid you have been the final straw that broke the camel's back as the attitude of staff and service has massively gone down hill. Believe it or not morrisons aren't the only supermarket.

What kind of shop runs out of carrier bags?

I don't know what is happening to Morrisons. Visited Anlaby tonight and there were too many empty shelves and so much cardboard strewn everywhere. The poor floor staff looked as if they didn't know which way to turn to get the place sorted, really felt sorry for them.
